Residential Manager - Residential Aged Care Location: Laidley, QLD Salary: $138,000 - $150,000 + Super + NFP Salary Packaging A market-leading not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead the clinical operations of an established 85-bed Residential Aged Care facility. The Manager reports to the Senior Manager and will provide visible and supportive clinical leadership across the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities - Provide clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team.
Oversee clinical governance, quality indicators and accreditation outcomes.
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and clinical best practice.
Manage operational and financial performance targets.
Support occupancy growth, community engagement and the facility's reputation.
Build robust relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health providers.
Qualifications - Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Previous clinical leadership experience within Residential Aged Care.
Robust knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements.
Experience leading teams and driving positive clinical outcomes.
A current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
