Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and play a key role in driving business growth across corporate, MICE, wholesale and inbound market segments.
Develop and grow corporate, MICE and leisure business to achieve hotel revenue targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents and business partners.
Identify and secure current business prospects through networking, prospecting and client engagement.
Manage and grow key accounts while maximising revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with the Revenue, Reservations, Conference & Events and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Represent Mercure Melbourne Doncaster at industry events, client meetings and trade shows.
Monitor sales activity, maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Champion the Accor Heartist culture while delivering exceptional service to internal and external guests.
