Pathways Residences is a 5-star Residential Aged Care provider in Sydney. We are looking for a night RN for our recent and exciting residence in Longueville NSW 2066

$5,000 bonus payment - paid in stages

Registered Nurses lead PCWs, respond to wounds, falls, administer medications and in particular, will have additional and specific night shift duties.

About you:




Passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians
Experience in aged care/geriatrics required
Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliance Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards
Able to manage a small team of PCWs, be computer literate, and have sound verbal and written communication abilities
Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role :
Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registration
COVID19 vaccine (2 doses) + Flu vaccine 2026
Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
Current police check
