We're now accepting applications for our Tour Guide Ready Program an apprenticeship-style pathway launching mid-August, designed to take you from enthusiastic applicant to confident, accredited Driver Guide.

The Role

Based in the Red Centre, you'll lead iconic tours around Uluru, bringing the stories, history, and culture of this extraordinary place to life.



Through comprehensive training and hands‑on experience, you'll earn the accreditations and confidence to build a long-term career in travel.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional guest experiences on every tour

Share the history, culture, and landscape of the Red Centre through engaging, professional commentary

Keep guests safe, comfortable, and inspired at all times

Operate passenger vehicles safely and responsibly

Embrace the adventure of weekend work and life in one of Australia's most unique destinations

What You'll Need

A current, unrestricted driver's licence that's all the prior experience required

A genuine passion for travel, people, and storytelling

Solid communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others

Willingness to relocate to the Red Centre for the program

Flexibility to work weekends and variable hours
