About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time position for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include
Immunisations and vaccinations
Wound management and dressings
Health assessments
Chronic disease management
Assisting GPs with minor procedures
Patient education and health promotion
Infection prevention and quality improvement
Maintaining accurate clinical records
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and collaboratively
Solid organisational and time management skills
A genuine commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Desirable
Previous experience in General Practice
Immunisation certification
Experience with Best Practice software
Chronic Disease Management experience
