The Opportunity
This is a customer-focused sales role where you’ll guide customers through product selection while contributing to the overall success of the store.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build rapport, close sales and deliver great service makes a real impact.
Demonstrated experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, with a focus on consultative selling.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer service and build solid relationships
Assist customers with product selection and provide tailored advice
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills for managing quotes, sales processing, and stock handling.
Maintain high showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets
Proficiency with CRM systems for lead follow-up and customer relationship management.
Support general store operations including stock handling when required
Key Skills We’re Looking For
Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
