Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Manly, NSW.

The Sales

Associate will support the sales team in managing property listings, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating open homes and inspections. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to buyer and seller inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and assisting with comparative market analyses. The role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact through to settlement.

The Sales

Associate will also help prepare proposals,



sales documentation, and follow-up communications to support successful negotiations and outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales or client service experience in real estate or a related industry, with robust customer relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.

Proficiency with CRM software, email, and standard office tools; ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Knowledge of property marketing principles and interest in the real estate market, including local trends in Manly and surrounding areas.

Ability to work on-site, including occasional evenings and weekends as required by inspection and auction schedules.

Self-motivated, qualified attitude, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory client service.

Relevant license or accreditation to work in real estate in NSW, or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
