AT is seeking a Head of Operational Risk in Sydney, NSW. You will lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the operational risk framework across the financial services arm, partnering with executive leadership to strengthen risk governance and resilience.

You will embed risk culture, oversee incident management, RCAs, and RCSA processes, coordinate BCM, and report to the CRO while ensuring alignment with NCCP, ASIC, AML/CTF, and privacy obligations.
