Responsibilities
Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors workplace.
Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
Manage end-to-end AMS delivery for SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, ECP, RCM, ONB, Compensation, etc.)

Skills
Minimum 4 – 6 End-End-To Implementations in EC and EC Time-off with valid certification in Employee Central module
4+ years in project or AMS service delivery management.
Should have knowledge of Incident, problem and change management process.




Experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events & Event derivation, RBP, MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows. Positive understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types
Experince in Successfactors Integration Center and experience in reporting including story report.
Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and SAP HCM systems
Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
Solid executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage
