Our client is a large NSW Government organization who are seeking Recruitment SME & Digital Recruitment Projects to join their team.

Recruitment SME & Digital Recruitment Projects Lead to be a SME for the Talent & Onboarding team and undertake a number of recruitment related projects to improve our Digital talent ecosystem (eg. Alumni program, Diverse and/or underrepresented groups, employee referral programs).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans and projects. This includes using data, research and insights to identify issues, opportunities and trends, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations with a bias towards change and action.

Selection Criteria:
A customer-obsessed mindset with experience in leading strategic projects, collaborating and driving cultural change.




Recruitment experience (ideally within public sector), be adaptable, cooperative and action oriented.
Strengths in delivering initiatives across a broad portfolio of complex projects
Passion for supporting, promoting and championing change creatively and with impact
Ability to collaborate and build high trust relationships
Experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise confidently and effectively at all levels
An outstanding ability to interpret, translate and communicate data and complex information in a clear and compelling way
