Burpengary
Caboolture
Bribie Island

About the role

You'll provide personalised, one-on-one support to older people living independently in their own homes, including:




Personal care
Domestic assistance
Meal preparation
Social support and community participation
Transport to appointments and shopping
Delivering care in accordance with individual care plans

What you'll need
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
National Police Check (Aged Care – Unsupervised/Vulnerable Person) issued within the last 12 months
Current Australian driver's licence
Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Speaking another language is highly regarded
