Manage and grow an already well-established temp desk - Drive business development with past and existing clients to expand market share - Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience in a high‑paced environment - Operate with commercial focus, treating your desk like your own business - Collaborate closely with the Director to take the business to the next level About You:
Proven recruitment experience (ideally in temps, but open to strong perm consultants ready to transition) - Solid business development skills with the drive to build lasting client relationships - Commercially savvy with a mindset of ownership and growth - Thrives in fast‑paced settings where people and service come first - Ambitious, motivated, and ready to step up into a role with real financial reward The Benefits:
