About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team! You’ll work autonomously, owning end-to-end recruitment, building robust talent pipelines, and delivering job-ready candidates when they’re needed.
With real freedom to source creatively and shape attraction strategies across multiple channels, you’ll play a key role in how we find and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and implement recruitment initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines
Conduct face-to-face and video interviews to assess candidate suitability
Proactively source talent through referrals, talent searches, and social media channels
Support hiring managers through the selection process to ensure strong hiring outcomes
Prepare offers and manage end-to-end onboarding for successful placements
Complete general administration and reporting to support smooth recruitment operations

What You’ll Bring!
Previous recruitment experience, ideally blue-collar industries
Prior experience using JobAdder, highly advantageous
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to build strong relationships
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Valid C class driver license
