The Role You'll be working with one our Co-Founders, Zakary Nash, in our Legal Skilled division. Not only will you be able to walk into a warm desk, but you will also have the support, mentorship and leadership of a seasoned recruiter to help you grow. Servicing our Brisbane (and National) clients,
in this 360-consultant role you will: Source, screen and interview suitable candidates for lawyer roles (from graduates to Partners).
Meet with clients to build relationships and secure job briefs;
Organise interviews and prepare candidates for interview, complete references;
Create talent and client pipelines to grow future job opportunities and clients;
Update and maintain client and candidate database records; and
Maintaining relationships with placed candidates and clients to provide follow-up and post placement care.
About You We're seeking a recruitment consultant with at least 2years' experience in skilled services recruitment (preferably in legal recruitment). You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and bring: A passion for helping people take the next step in their legal career.
The ability to work autonomously (though you will have significant and continued support from the team).
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a strong personal brand.
Strong relationship building skills.
