A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position
Chef cookbooks and pipeline troubleshooting.
CI/CD using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
ServiceNow (Change, Incident, Release).
Jira (Agile backlog and delivery tracking).
Bitbucket (branching, PRs, CI/CD).
Cucumber / BDD for integration validation.
Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum and audit–ready DevOps practices.

Responsibilities
Support CI/CD and deployments for TLAW integrations across Non–Prod and Production.
Execute and validate deployments, including controlled manual steps.
Own integration connectivity, setting validation, and L3 production support.
Support release, change, DR, and re–release activities.
Ensure security compliance, credential management, and segregation of duties.
Maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and DR documentation.
Work independently with the Scrum team to deliver committed outcomes in an Agile workplace.
