Oatley Family Dental is looking for a part time receptionist and welcoming face to the business at our front desk. This will suit someone that is bubbly, confident, well presented, and most importantly loves interacting with people.

Experience in dentistry, D4W and hicaps payments will be highly regarded.

We are a well established practice that covers all aspects of general dentistry, through to cosmetic dentistry, cosmetic injectables, orthodontics and implant surgery.

Reliability, punctuality, professionalism in conduct, and high level organisational skills are a must. As a small business, we need a team player that understands the importance of fulfilling their daily tasks to enable the business to successfully operate.

You will be the patient concierge, guiding them through their treatments. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Meeting and greeting patients
Answering the phone to take bookings and converting price shopping/possible patients by explaining dental treatments and processes.
Answering emails and text messages




Communication between staff members
Taking EFTPOS and Hicaps payments
Making phone calls to patients and suppliers
Scheduling the dentists books to be productive and full
Recalls and patient reactivation
Ordering and receiving stock
Meeting with Product Reps
Morning huddles
Maintaining the reception and office area
General administration, filing, reporting, paperwork tasks
