At Halls Head Dental, we're looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for flexibility while making a real difference to our patients' experience.
As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice, helping ensure every patient feels comfortable from the moment they arrive.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming patients with a warm and qualified approach
Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
Booking and managing appointments
Processing payments and health fund claims
Maintaining patient records accurately
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Helping the practice run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
You'll be someone who
Loves providing great customer service
Has a friendly, positive and professional attitude
Is organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Has good computer skills and picks up new systems quickly
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
Previous dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, administration or another customer-facing role and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
