Role Description The Receptionist is a 2 day, on-site role based in Ashgrove, QLD. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming emails, and maintaining a welcoming front-of-house environment. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, handling basic inquiries, supporting the sales and property management teams with clerical duties, and organizing mail and deliveries.

The Receptionist also assists with maintaining office supplies, preparing documents and files, and ensuring that client information is recorded accurately in company systems.



The person in this role works closely with colleagues to provide consistent, qualified customer service to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications

Strong receptionist duties and front-of-house experience, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling inquiries.

Professional phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple phone lines calmly and efficiently.

Clerical skills such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office administration.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly, qualified manner toward clients and colleagues.

Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets);

experience with real estate or property management systems is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.

Ability to work on-site in Ashgrove, QLD, and collaborate effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
