CBRE in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for an immediate start on a temp engagement with full time hours in a premium CBD asset. You will lead day-to-day hard and soft services to maintain exemplary service levels.

You will manage contractors, act as the FM face to occupants and ownership, ensure WHS compliance, and oversee budgeting and monthly reporting to keep the asset performing at the highest standard.
