About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:
Guide purchasers through the sales journey from enquiry to settlement.
Conduct project inspections and present Bathla's portfolio of land, apartments, townhouses and house & land packages.
Build and maintain robust relationships with owner-occupiers, investors, first-home buyers and referral partners.
Follow up qualified leads and manage your sales pipeline through our CRM.
Work collaboratively with our marketing and project teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in residential property sales or real estate.
Current Class 2 or Class 1 Real Estate Licence.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A motivated, self-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A results-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
