About Us

Harness Energy is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering high-quality training for the mining, oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure sectors. With facilities across Queensland, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced professionals to deliver safety-critical training.

The Role

As an Industry Trainer &
Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering accredited training and assessment at one or more of the Harness Training Facilities as well as on client sites. Your expertise will ensure students are competent, compliant,



and ready to work safely in their chosen industries.

What You Need
Current industry qualifications in one or more of the areas listed above
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training &
Assessment (or TAE40116 with upgrade)
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in relevant fields
Robust communication and training delivery skills
Ability to engage and mentor learners from diverse backgrounds
Blue card
Ability to travel periodically
Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities
Delivering engaging and practical training aligned with industry standards
Ensuring compliance with ASQA and RTO requirements
Conducting practical and theory-based assessments
Maintaining accurate training records and student competency reports
Providing real-world industry insights to students
