The Prospect

Reporting to the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you’ll work closely with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver meaningful analysis, reporting and insights that support commercial decision-making and drive business profitability.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide insightful reporting and analysis across sales, margins and profitability.
Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, including volume, pricing and promotional spend, identifying trends and opportunities.
Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial planning activities.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.




Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting within Power BI.
Support month‑end reporting, audit activities and key finance processes.
Provide financial analysis and decision support for business projects and initiatives across the Group.

What You’ll Bring
CA or CPA qualification.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Excellent commercial acumen and the confidence to partner with stakeholders across the business.
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a quick‑paced environment.
Experience within an FMCG or large corporate environment will be highly regarded.
