Dessert Corner, Melbourne's premium Indian Fusion Dessert brand, seeks a Multi-Site Head Chef to lead culinary operations across several sites. You will drive menu development, standardise recipes, and ensure top food quality and guest experiences.
Reporting to the Directors, you’ll mentor Head Chefs and kitchen teams, implement SOPs, oversee food safety and costs, and support current openings. Travel between Truganina, Cranbourne and other Melbourne locations is required.
