We're seeking a motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our Aviation leadership team and help drive data capability, business process improvement, and systems excellence across one of Australia's most dynamic operational environments.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an analyst who enjoys working with data, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering practical improvements that enhance operational performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting data extraction, transformation and reporting activities
Maintaining and improving Aviation datasets and dashboards
Assisting with process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting system implementations, UAT testing and change rollouts
Managing user access, workspaces and system governance activities
Partnering with operational, compliance, training and IT teams across the business
Providing meaningful reporting and insights to support decision-making
About You
You will bring:
Degree qualifications in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Mathematics,
Information Systems or similar (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Exposure to Power BI, Power Query and/or Power Automate
Experience working with complex datasets and identifying trends
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
