What you will do - Lead the QA strategy and capability uplift across squads - Embed QA as a chapter model, driving consistency and ownership - Build effective automation frameworks focused on quality,



not just metrics - Improve test setting continuity from non prod to production - Partner with Engineering and Product to validate real customer outcomes - Enable frequent, high quality releases - Coach and grow a high performing QA function What you will bring - Robust QA leadership experience in payments, fintech or banking - Expertise in EFTPOS, EMV or payment scheme testing is highly regarded - People leader and grower - Track record of uplifting QA maturity and strategy - Hands on understanding of automation and SDLC - Technical/engineering background preferred - Experience across device, mobile or physical testing environments - A proactive, ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Change management skills as we are uplifting and reorganising the way we work As part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
