We are currently seeking a self-motivated, reliable and detail-focused individual to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is eager to develop current skills and build a career within the wine industry.

About the Role As a Quality Assurance (QA) Laboratory Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of our products.

Responsibilities include
Conducting line QA checks and completing quality documentation
Performing routine testing of bottled wine
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised laboratory environment
Adhering to all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
Supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives Rotating Shift Pattern This position operates on a fortnightly rotating 8-hour shift roster, requiring flexibility to work across:
Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Successful applicants must be willing and able to work all shifts as part of the rotation. What We/'re Looking For We/'re seeking a proactive team member with a positive attitude, robust attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have:




Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A solid work ethic and willingness to learn new processes and systems
Flexibility to work a fortnightly rotating shift roster
Reliable transport to and from work
Previous laboratory or quality assurance experience (preferred but not essential)
Certificate III in Laboratory Operations or equivalent (desirable but not essential) Why Join Us?
