Role Description The Public Relations Account Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This position supports day-to-day account activity by drafting press materials, coordinating media outreach, and tracking coverage for multiple clients. The role involves managing media lists, monitoring news and social media, preparing reports, and assisting with event and activation logistics.

The coordinator will help maintain client relationships through regular updates, participate in creative brainstorming, and collaborate with team members to deliver integrated PR campaigns.



The position also includes administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining organized account documentation.

Qualifications

Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain skilled relationships with journalists and influencers.

Proficiency in Writing and developing clear, accurate Press Releases and other PR content tailored to different audiences and channels.

Excellent Communication skills, including confident verbal communication, active listening, and professional email and phone etiquette.

Relevant experience or education in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field; agency or in-house PR experience is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort with social media platforms and basic digital tools for media monitoring, reporting, and content distribution.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Sydney, NSW.
