You will feel at ease working both independently and alongside your team members and enjoy engaging with guests, helping them with any questions or requests they may have.

Primary Responsibilities - Ensure the property always looks its best, inside and out - Embrace the cleaning challenge, sprucing up both indoor and outdoor public areas (including pool, gym and shared bathrooms) to meet our high cleanliness and presentation standards - Expertly handle specialised equipment and chemicals with safety in mind - Offering help to guests with inquiries and security matters, and collaborating with different departments to accomplish tasks - Be the eyes and ears for our maintenance and guest services teams, reporting any issues promptly,



from maintenance problems, to damaged equipment and missing items Skills and Experience - Previous experience in a similar role (as a cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant) is a plus - Your communication style is warm and welcoming, making both guests and team members feel at ease - You have an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks - Adaptability and physical fitness to work in both internal and external settings, including staircases and uncovered areas - You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds - Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays - Preferably available for shifts from Thursday - Sunday Accor is an inclusive company, building diverse teams across the globe.
