What you’ll actually do:
Keep the site humming — stock, cash, fuel, store presentation, the works
Lead from the front and lift the team around you
Help run a café/kitchen that people genuinely enjoy
Spot what needs fixing and find the solutions
Work with the Site Manager to make the site better, your ideas matter here
You’re the one if you:
Love customers and know how to build a team culture
Communicate clearly and stay cool under pressure
Are flexible for Sunday–Thursday opens (hello, 4am starts — early birds welcome)
Are 18+ and happy to get hands‑on (some lifting up to 20kg)
