Proserpine Nursing Home is seeking an experienced Property and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, safety and presentation of our buildings, grounds, plant and equipment. This is an prospect to make a meaningful contribution to the comfort, wellbeing and safety of our residents, staff and visitors.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance services across the Home, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant and operating efficiently. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain a high-quality environment and support the delivery of exceptional aged care services.

What we're looking for

You are a proactive and organised maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, building solid relationships and leading by example. You have a practical understanding of facility maintenance and a commitment to safety, quality and customer service.

Essential Requirements
Experience in maintenance, facilities management, building services, or a related trade
Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and processes
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to urgent issues




Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Current driver's licence
National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
