Choose Therapy is looking for a qualified therapist to deliver interventions at clients' homes or our Belmont office. You will conduct NDIS assessments and reports (FCA, AT and more) and manage your caseload with support when needed.
You will handle admin tasks with low KPI demands and work in a versatile workplace that supports autonomous practice. WA-based travel and in-office collaboration are available to suit client needs.
