About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and agile Medical Customer Service Officer to join our Dandenong branch.

Duties & Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming calls, process orders and address customer inquiries.
Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.
Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally.
Offer customers accurate product, service and procedural information.




Ensure precise setup of new customer accounts.
Process credit card payments as needed.
Provide support to Operations and Sales teams.
Engage in web chat support.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes.
Familiarity with Pronto software is highly advantageous.

Strong attention to detail.
