About the Role

Lead production to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across Byerwen. Work closely with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to drive standards and support your people.

Responsibilities
Monitor the productivity of dozers, drills, and load-and-haul activities
Identify deviations from KPIs and implement corrective actions to address them
Promote the safe operation of plant and equipment to prevent damage, misuse, and safety incidents
Maintain short-interval control boards and provide feedback to the crew on performance.
Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected
