Delivery of the Student Behaviour Strategy
12 month contract @ $880 per day inclusive of Superannuation.

Our client is a large NSW Government orgasnisation who are seeking a Principal Policy Officer to join their team.

The role will leading the development, design, delivery and implementation of a portfolio of policy initiatives and strategic projects to support the delivery of the Student Behavior Strategy. This will involve:
Lead and undertake research, analysis and review of complex policy issues, identifying emerging issues, and developing evidence-based options and strategies, to ensure problems are resolved and risks are mitigated.
Lead and oversee all aspects of policy development and project management and implementation to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
Lead and facilitate stakeholder engagement,



consultation and negotiation on issues to identify and develop solutions and make recommendations.

Selection Criteria:
Experience at the Principal Policy Officer, or equivalent level.
Ability to leading development, design, delivery and implementation of a portfolio of policy initiatives and strategic projects;
Desirable, not essential: Policy experience within education, or a Student Behaviour related area.

On offer is a 12 month contract at a large NSW Government organisation, at a highly desirable daily rate of up to $880 per day including Superannuation.
