BDO Australia is hiring high‑school graduates for a full‑time role in BDO (NTH QLD). The position provides an alternative pathway to a Chartered Accountant qualification through the CA Fundamentals program, bypassing the need for a university degree.

Responsibilities

As a student accountant you will:
Work full‑time while completing the CA Fundamentals training.
Learn from experienced specialists and gain exposure to real client work.
Build a strong foundation of accounting and business knowledge.
Participate in coaching and check‑ins with a dedicated program manager.

Qualifications
18 years or older.
Completed a high‑school certificate in the last three years (2023+).
Completed Year 12 Mathematics Standard 2 or equivalent.
Strong interest in accounting, business or commerce.
Curious, reliable, and keen to learn in a qualified workplace.
Enjoys working with others and being part of a team.
Strong communication and time‑management skills.
