Stockwell Delivery is seeking a Site Manager for our next residential 20 storey development in Melbourne Street, South Brisbane.

Stockwell has a rich history of construction and development spanning over 73 years with a pipeline of work in residential, commercial, retail and leisure projects throughout Queensland.

Position:

The Site Manager is to plan and manage all site activities, subcontractors and trades in accordance with the documentation and Stockwell Safety Policy.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the Stockwell in office construction team and subcontractors.
Work with the Project Manager to deliver the site works for the project.
With the Project Manager, conceive and have regular input into the Construction Program.
Deliver the works in accordance with the Market Tested Price, Project Budget and the Stockwell Procurement and Delegation of Authority Policy.
Secure working environment.
Proven experience in site management of residential/mixed use developments with multi levels.
The ability to prepare and implement short term programs, including early risk identification and mitigation.
The ability to lead the construction delivery team from the front with a motivated, focused and inclusive approach.
A comprehensive knowledge of modern construction techniques,



methodologies, procedures, products and services.
A people leader with a solid desire to work as a team and motivate trades to deliver the project safely, on time and budget.
Able to demonstrate a good track record of subcontract management and an understanding of the administration of trades within the building industry.
The ability to fully comprehend, communicate and implement all requisite project information contained within contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules.
The ability to identify and add value to the project through design and value management opportunities.

The Site Manager needs to be enthusiastic, driven, strategic and passionate with a sound knowledge of current building and engineering practices.
