We are seeking a Compliance Assistant to join our Compliance & Incident Management team, within our Risk & Compliance department in Brisbane on a full‑time, 6‑month fixed‑term contract basis.
Our Compliance & Incident Management team plays a crucial role in new business intake and helps the firm apply risk‑based culture standards. This role involves assisting the team with a broad range of administrative queries, supporting day‑to‑day compliance operations, including mailbox management, workflow coordination, and access management.
Qualifications
Experience working in an office or administrative workplace
Experience managing shared mailboxes or inboxes (preferred)
Comfortable using computers, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems with ease
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Explicit and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionGood organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
