We have exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Officer to join our growing team in Birtinya.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Being the first point of contact for all IT support.
Responsible for IT maintenance and productive operation across all IT functions.
Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate as required.
Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
Maintaining system and data security.
Supporting end users with issues around Passwords and IT Systems

About You
Ideally 1 – 3 years experiences working in a technical support role
