Establish and maintain effective classroom management.
The ability to effectively deliver the curriculum as prescribed by the leadership of Kerang Christian College.
Plan and organise work for effective teaching to occur including differentiation to meet the needs for a range of student abilities.
Be able to work collaboratively with other staff members and build positive relationships with others.
