Diesel Mechanic Trade or equivalent Experience working on heavy diesel equipment/trucks & Trailers Highly regarded - Experience working on Prime movers, light to heavy Vehicles, Plant Equipment/ Vehicles, Trailers Work under Mechanic Supervisor.

10-hour days Lots of prospect to get experience in other areas.

You have a driver's license. You bring a self-driven, can-do attitude. Your experience includes basic electrical diagnostics and repairs. You also have welding and mechanical experience.

Maintain, test and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems and hydraulic systems on trucks, buses, and other heavy vehicles.

Perform preventative maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.

Inspect vehicles for additional repairs needed.

Ability to work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs.

Complete paperwork with every job listing all repairs completed and parts used.
