CSK Services Pty Ltd is a growing civil construction company delivering major infrastructure projects across Sydney and Regional NSW. We specialise in piling, earthworks and heavy plant operations, working alongside Australia's leading Tier 1 contractors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Piling Rig Operators and Piling Rig Offsiders to join our expanding team.

What You'll Be Doing
Piling Rig Operators
Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently.
Complete daily pre-starts and equipment inspections.
Set up and position piling rigs in accordance with project requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and lift plans.
Monitor drilling operations and maintain production targets.
Complete daily paperwork and electronic dockets.
Carry out basic maintenance and report mechanical issues.
Work closely with supervisors and engineers to deliver quality outcomes.
Maintain the highest safety standards at all times.
Piling Rig Offsiders
Assist the Piling Rig Operator with daily operations.
Prepare tooling, casing and drilling equipment.
Assist with rig set-up and pack-up.
Perform dogging, spotting and slinging duties where qualified.
Maintain housekeeping around the work area.
Assist with daily inspections and maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements.
What We're Looking For
Operators
Minimum 3 years' experience operating piling rigs Experience with IMT, Bauer, Soilmec or similar rigs highly regarded
Current White Card
Current Driver's Licence (HR preferred)
Solid understanding of civil construction safety
Ability to work independently and within a team
Offsiders
Experience working on piling or civil construction projects
White Card
Driver's Licence
Dogman, Rigging or HR Licence highly regarded
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
