About This Opportunity
Our Parkinson store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader to join and assist in leading the store's fruit & veg department.
Reporting directly to the Fruit & Veg Manager,
this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket workplace, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Fresh food retail knowledge is desired, but not essential
Ability to lead and manage a team
Ability to order and control costs
Accurate team rostering
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
Unparalleled commitment to customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both team members and management
A flair for merchandising
Strong leadership and delegation skills
