About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our St Leonards facility. This is a full time position based on-site where you will play a crucial role in our production operations.
What you'll be doing
Perform tasks including packing, unpacking, sorting, and handling materials within our production facility
Assist with simple, production activities as directed by the supervisor
Maintain clean and organised work areas in line with company standards
Follow explicit instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Report hazards, faults, or issues to the supervisor

An awareness of basic safety practices
A strong attention to detail
An ability to work well within a team setting
A willingness to learn
Appropriate unrestricted right to work in Australia
Exposure to a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
