As an Account Manager at TRKKN, your mission is to bridge the gap between business vision and successful project execution. You will be the primary advocate for your clients, managing key relationships and projects, coordinating alongside our specialist delivery teams to ensure the Google stack is fully leveraged to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact, managing expectations and delivering professional communication regarding technical roadmaps and delivery.
Collaborate with media agencies and AdTech teams to ensure GA measurement and Cloud-based solutions feed seamlessly into platforms like DV360 and SA360 for advanced media optimisation.
Uncover business challenges and translate them into detailed technical briefs for the Cloud and Analytics delivery teams.
Manage high-level technical support via project management tools, ensuring troubleshooting for GA and Cloud is handled within SLA.
Proactively identify opportunities to mature client practices, shifting from easy data collection to advanced predictive analytics using GCP and AI.
What you'll need
Proven track record in fostering senior client relationships,
managing complex digital accounts, and driving project delivery.
Conceptual familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and knowledge of the wider Google ecosystem, with a desire to learn how Google Cloud solutions solve real-world business problems.
A solid grasp of how data measurement affects AdTech performance (DV360, SA360) and how to drive marketing effectiveness through data
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into explicit business value for stakeholders.
General knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., Australian Privacy Laws) is advantageous.
