Summary:

The Production Operator plays a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
Maintain a clean and secure working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.




Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certificate III in Electronic and Communications or Equivalent
Additional Education or Certification in Food Science, Agriculture, or Related Field
Experience in conducting quality checks
Experience in a production or manufacturing setting
Experience working in a team setting
Quality and process driven with strong attention to detail
Physically fit for manual handling and repetitive tasks
Ability to read and interpret numbers, drawings, and technical documents
