Our client, based in the Dandenong South are seeking various positions for Pick Packers / Forklift Operators

If you consider yourself physically fit to work in a warehouse environment and have a good work ethic this position could be for you.

We have both day and afternoon shifts available

About the Role

Working within a busy warehouse, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Pick Packing - Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders using RF scanners, voice headsets or pick slips
Receiving, sorting, and storing incoming goods
Dispatch preparation and labelling
Manual handling and stock movement
Operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
Maintaining a clean and safe work setting

Forklift Operators - Key Responsibilities:
Forklift driving (LO/ High Reach)
Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
Receiving and replenishing stock
Assemble customers’ orders and stack pallets correctly.
Check orders and raising discrepancy.
Wrapping pallets
Prepare con notes
Staging orders for dispatch (load trucks)
General cleaning & housekeeping duties as required.




Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.

About you:
Extensive forklift experience (advantageous but not essential)
RF scanning experience (highly regarded)
Have prior experience working in a busy warehouse environment (advantageous).
Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good work ethic and reliability
Team player and driven to succeed
Unwavering work ethic
Solid focus & understanding of WHS (workplace health & safety)
