What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting into the Senior Team, you’ll be working on the end-to-end delivery of projects - from Concept through to Completion. That means:
Driving our Design process for the business' F&B; and Commercial Portfolio,
Preparing Full documentation packages for Construction and Tender,
Managing Subconsultants
Managing the Tender Process,
Navigating Planning and Building permits,
Managing Projects in office and coordinating with Builders,
Balancing creativity with practical delivery in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Need
4+ years of relevant experience in Design,



with a strong portfolio of F&B;/Commercial work
Proficiency in Revit and Lumion (non-negotiable)
Robust understanding of Documentation, Detailing, Construction methods, and Local Codes
Experience with the Full Project Lifecycle - including Planning and Building Permit processes, Managing Subconsultants, Builders and Clients
Strong communication and project management skills
Driver's Licence
A strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
