Position Overview
We’re currently seeking a permanent part time Pharmacist (2 weekdays per week) to join our team. This role offers a balance of regular hours with flexibility, providing excellent work-life balance while allowing you to make a real impact in your community.
This is not just a dispensing role – it’s an opportunity to be out on the floor, engaging with patients, answering questions, and providing the personalised care they deserve. Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable pharmacy services to all patients
Dispense and check prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Maintain high standards of patient care and compliance
Be visible on the floor, engaging with patients and building trusted relationships
Support and guide pharmacy assistants to ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate with the wider team to drive a positive, proactive, and patient-focused culture
Essential Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist in Australia
Solid customer service and communication skills
Positive “can-do” attitude and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for patient care and a drive to make a real difference
Desirable
Experience with FredPOS, FredOffice, BuyItRight, PharmaPrograms and MedAdvisor Hub
Previous community pharmacy experience
Deliver professional services such as vaccinations, MedsChecks, and expanded scope of practice services (e.g. travel consults, OCP prescribing, UTI prescribing, medicines by injection)
