We are an award winning, family-owned independent premium food retail destination based in Terry Hills, NSW. With over 20 years’ experience, we’ve built a reputation for providing high quality fresh produce for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Produce Team Member who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing customers with the highest quality fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and specialty produce.

This is a flexible role, with a minimum of 30 hours across a 7-day working week on-site.

What you’ll do
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Produce Department.
Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, assisting customers with produce information or directing them to a person who can assist with their enquiry.
Ensure produce is prepared and displayed in accordance with our premium brand and merchandising standards.
Follow schedules and routines for smooth and productive operations in the produce areas.
Adhere to food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members,



working efficiently and as directed to ensure minimal wastage.
Ensure that any issues are followed through and are immediately escalated to your department manager if required.
Fulfil any tasks or duties as required by management and other department managers.

What we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in fresh produce with excellent communication skills. They will be customer-focused with a friendly and approachable manner. Someone with a passion for fresh food and customer service, who is always looking to improve and contribute positively to the team.

They will have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving boxes and produce stock.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
