About the Role: As a North Brisbane Territory Manager, you will forge positive partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet retail and emerging eCommerce customers; service independent, state and national key accounts; and grow market share by acquiring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Hill’s brand through regular visits, meetings and seminars to increase distribution, recommendation and sales.
Engage customers and conduct in-person sales calls to drive sales growth.
Attend occasional conferences and evening client events to promote the brand.
Follow the territory management plan and report on performance metrics.
Use digital tools to analyse sales data and support decision making.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Business, Marketing or a similar field (preferred).
Recent graduate with experience in sales (FMCG or pharmaceutical) (preferred).
Strong relationship management and customer focus.
Exceptional communication, planning and organisational skills.




High level of self‑motivation and passion to increase sales.
Digitally savvy (Google Suite or similar).
Aspirations for advancement into Hill’s corporate office.
Valid driver’s license.
